Lauren’s dream was to ride for the best team in the world. Tick. But what she never dreamed of was overcoming a broken pelvis before making her first elite Australian team, or suffering a severe facial trauma to then take two world class victories in the same season. Now, Lauren is one of the most experienced and trusted road captains on the international scene and a cornerstone to the Australian Road Cycling Team. Lauren’s story is not without an Olympic dream and mission to give back to the next generation in sport. Launching her mentoring program, Lauren’s partners and collaborators can engage with a growing audience of aspiring athletes through captivating content encompassing her passions of healthy cooking, adventure and exploration, coffee and her pets along with thought-provoking ideas about training and the pursuit of continuous improvement.
