He created a company called 242 BUSINESS ACADEMY with the main mission to help people achieve their full potential generating richness and abundance in all areas of life, especially with the main purpose to re-educate professionals about balance life between personal and business high-performance results.
He believes that High Perform (Results) comes from Discipline on Execution (Action), and Strategic Vision (Art). In his 24 years in the Global Technology Market, mainly in a consulting role with many customers and segments, he built a reputation as an executive in companies like Microsoft, Oracle, McDonalds and Louis Dreaufys Group for all Latin America. He also led the CIO Association, also Master Business International School in São Paulo, where he’s in charge to support the group of executives to leverage best practices as well as to improve the knowledge from the market insights.
The executive and mentor has a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from University São Paulo City, he’s soccer fan for Santos (Pelé’s and Neymar’s team) also he studies philosophy, but the most important part of his life, to stay at home with his wife, Beatriz, and his 3 kids, Gabriela, Frederico and Gustavo.
